On September 27, 1957, the Vancouver Christian School opened a Richmond campus in two rooms at Cambie and River Road. In 1959, a building at the corner of Blundell and No. 2 Road was constructed to serve both as a Christian School and the Richmond Christian Reformed Church. In 1966, the Richmond Christian School was formed as a separate association from the Vancouver Christian School. During the same year the Richmond Christian Reformed Church moved into new facilities.
